Secured Loans can offer your clients an alternative way of arranging finance where they do not qualify for a new mortgage, or do not want to leave their current lender.
Beacon Mortgage Packaging deals with several lenders in this area to offer your clients a solution, and to provide you with a different income stream as a broker.
Instances when a Secured Loan may be suitable could be
- The client may have large early repayment charges for leaving their current mortgage
- Your client may wish to borrow up to 100% of their property value
- They have mortgage arrears, and do not want to move to a sub prime 1st charge
- They need to borrow short term with low early repayment charges
Should you not be familiar in the secured loans market, or you do not want the added paperwork, our Secured Loans team can take the clients name and phone number from you and deal with the client exclusively from start to finish. You just pick up a procuration fee when the deal completes.
