Application Fee Scale

Beacon Mortgage Packaging Limited currently operates two Application Fee scales;

For clients wishing to utilise our associated legal representative, B Legal, there will be a reduction in the Application Fee to help your client keep their costs to a minimum (see scale 1).

As an Intermediary, you will also receive a £100 Referral Fee on completion. Please see the conveyancing page of this website for more information regarding the B Legal fee scale and referral process.

For clients instructing their own Solicitors to deal with their conveyancing, a separate Application Fee scale applies (See Scale 2).

Note: The Application Fee covers the cost of initial processing of the mortgage application. If the application does not proceed for any reason, these costs may be deducted prior to any refund.

If a valuation re-type is required within 30 days of the original report, we will not charge a fee. This is limited to one re-type per property. If it is over the 30 day period, or subsequent re-types are required, there will be an additional fee of £75.00 per re-type charged.
